I did my iMovie project on how to pass a volleyball. I thought that this was a very fun assignment that was very important to us to learn how to do. Since technology is becoming a bigger and bigger part of our everyday lives, learning how to use iMovie is essential for us as future teachers. This way you can explain a new concept to your students at school. You can show them how to do it and give them all the steps. Then, for their homework, you can have your students go home and practice the new skill that they learned. If they need help remembering all the steps, they can go to youtube or teachertube and watch the video that you made about that particular new skill. This will help ensure that the students will properly learn new concepts. They will also see that you as the teacher can also do this new skill. It is very important not to only teach students how to do something, they need to also be shown. iMovie is a great way for students to see and therefore learn a new skill.
